Do you think shoot to kill is ok?

I don't think that is the right way to pursue those criminals. They have the right to live and no one will have the right to get their lives as that mayor wish. They are not doing crimes but there might be a reason and that what must be the mayors do. To find out what is the reason for them to a criminal and provide them any support they need to stop their criminal mind... Sometimes the reason is poverty. We can lessen crimes through good public services and government policy to improve the lives of those less privilege in life. They need also equal justice...because most of the poor are denied to access some of the government services. That is the reason they commit crimes... To order a shoot to kill order is unconstitutional and it's a human right violation because that mayor violate the provision of the constitution of the land.

Actually killing are not OK in any ways but some instances government allows them in order to force the law towards mankind. As I know before implementing such ordinance or law the accuse or the killer was already convicted criminals. However, the effect towards other are not good. For me not ok in some situation.

I don't think that people should be killed for being criminals, because if they are allowed to die then that is the easy way out of their crimes in my opinion. However, I do think that more should be done about people who commit crimes. When a prisoner is inside for a certain amount of time then they get food and clothes and some even get computers to play on and things like that. I don't think that this should be allowed because they are supposed to be in prison as a punishment, and to give them the chance to play games is not the message that should be put across in my opinion.

To me is not ok to just shoot and kill! police people now a days are just trigger happy and that is not good for any one...there are all sort of criminals...it depends on the crime they commit so to shoot any one in the street without any judgement is a crime in it self...the only difference is one got a badge and the other does not!

I think ths is a case to case basis. If there nothing else that police can do to stop the criminals in what they are making, it will be good rather than hurting other people, they should also ensure that no other civilians will be affected or get hurt.

Shoot to kill should be carried out if the criminal has done harm to others and it is feared that he is a danger to others if they try to apprehend him.
