I'm mo0stly online and I do take great care that I surf responsibly. However there is this adult site that I can't avoid however much I try to restrict myself. Anybody feeling helpless as I am? Or just help me with tips on how you've managed to avoid such sites!

Ask yourself: what draws your attention to those sites? Do you feel good after you've been there? Is it productive? Will it add more knowledge? You see, when people engage in an activity repetitively, then the activity must be rewarding. But then, if it leaves you sick afterwards then that's an inner warning telling you that this is no good. Listen to that inner warning. :) and besides, just think of the possible viruses that your PC and you might get from that website. :)

If you're choosing to go to this site and you want to stop, you should block it. IF this is a virus you should definitely download an antivirus software and scan your computer.

Wow, now i want to know what this site is. But, since you want a solution I would suggest that you put the site in the blocked sites list. That should work for you.

Hi, I am in the same dilemma as you are. I try to restrict myself but daily I move to such sites. Sometimes I stop my self by doing some work on the net that I like more. But daily such type of coding work is not there. And on that day I move to adult sites.

Hi..I would suggest to have your computer cleaned out completely..Buy a malware software that blocks all those annoying adult sites..If your computer is updated and have anti-virus then your computer is safe..Sometimes people use adult websites to put virus on your computer..

If you use firefox you can easily and effectivily block access to that certain website. The "simple" way is by using a free, third-party add-on called BlockSite. The BlockSite extension blocks sites that have been added to its "blacklist," but it can also be set up to disable any links to the blocked sites by showing nonfunctional text instead of hyperlinks. BlockSite also has a "password protection" feature that helps prevent unwanted changes to BlockSite by others.
