Based from what I can remember from one of the books I've read. We dream every night but we just forget because while we are asleep we are not conscious. Every night I almost remember some broken parts of my dreams before I wake up. But if I am stressed from work I won't remember anything at all.

I love but also hate dreams at some point. It's just that I miss them time to time..maybe cuz of frustrations in life..and of wanting to escape from it. but I'm quite fine now. I have learnt lots of stuffs for mylotters!:) and I'm very thankful! and to you as well! thanks you dear~

You will be having dreams, because everybody dreams when they are asleep approximately one dream every ninety minutes. However, it is the ability to remember these dreams that has changed for you. You might be waking up at a different point in your sleep cycle as well, as you remember your dreams a lot more easily if you happen to wake up during one. I am sure that you don't have to worry and your dreams will come back; just make sure that you're staying relaxed and that you're getting plenty of sleep and rest.

Dreamless sleep happens when one is not conscious of external or internal objects; however, that does not mean consciousness is not present there. It is like saying 'I see nothing.' The recognition that nothing is what I 'see'. So also in dreamless sleep, one is not conscious of anything and the very fact that this statement is true proves the existence of consciousness during deep sleep.

I would not worry about not dreaming. I rarely dream anything at all these days and it has been the case for probably ten years now.
Perhaps it is not the case that you are not dreaming, but possibly the case that you are not remembering your dreams and that is a different issue altogether. I am sure that you do miss dreaming, but it is most likely you have somehow convinced yourself not to remember your dreams - perhaps you had a spell of bad dreams.
Dreaming is neither bad nor good. Not dreaming is not necessarily a bad state to be in. You may miss the dreams, I certainly have many that I remember vividly today, but I have no concerns about not dreaming at all today. I sleep well and always wake refreshed and in good health; this is of-course the primary reason we sleep.
