Have you ever made any kind of wrap for breakfast? I just had one for my breakfast and I intend to make my daughter one for breakfast too. I have decided that I am using the new Planters NUT-trition Energy Mix to make it with too. Mine was delicious! I used the banana granola mix peanut butter and just spread a layer of it on the tortilla shell, wrap it up and enjoy. This would be a perfect breakfast treat for anyone traveling in the car, a kid who needs to run out the door with their breakfast, or even a neat snack in the lunchbox. I suggest that you try it if you have not.
What other quick breakfast ideas can you offer to the readers out there?

Well, simplest breakfast would be spreading peanut butter on bread and throw it into my mouth. If you are talking about wraps, what comes into my mind is the chinese rice paper wrap. Just steam a thin layer of rice flour butter, put thinly sliced veggies on top, roll it, and dip into spicy soy sauce.

That is not the wrap that I am talking about. I am talking about a flour tortilla wrap like a burrito would be made in. Sorry that I didn't explain that better. However, the Chinese paper wrap does sound good but I don't think that I would want the peanut butter on it.

I have tried. Not the best wrapper in the world. Everything falls out. That sounds rather good, but are not granola and the flour in the wraps both the same carbs? I was thinking of chopped up apples or fruits and raisins mixed together. Most of the time it is usually eggs and chopped ham or bits of bacon and sausage with onions and cheese. That would be good if you have a microwave at work or at school.

I am not sure but you could be right about the carbs, but considering that the peanut butter is an energy mix, the extra carbs would just be an extra dose of energy. I don't mind my carbs much as I am healthy and I am busy constantly so I need all the energy through the day that I can get. I would think that regular peanut butter with a little honey and some chopped up fruits would be good too.

I used to work in a fast food establishent where we made a lot of breakfast burritos. I think they were a bigger seller than anything else. We usually ran out of mixed oroductr before breakfast was over. I was never a big fan of wraps to eat for myself but zi saw a large number of people that were really addicted to them.

I know that wraps seem to be a big business at the moment. I usually don't care for the breakfast burritos but I do like this in the tortilla as I am not a big bread fan, it is a nice idea.

Yes I've had these on occasion. I enjoy them. I love to have egg and cheese at the least. I would love some bacon or sausage in with it too but sometimes taht is not an option.

I usually eat oatmeal as the easy and quick breakfast. That's maybe a little plain, I usually don't mix anything else in it. Or I usually take the egg and honey. Peanut butter or cheese sandwich also can be quick and easy breakfast. Egg sandwich also quite easy to make. Or I made vegetables smoothies for healthy breakfast, that's great for a start in the morning to begin with healthy stuff so you can get more energy to carry out the activities.

I like oatmeal a lot too. I like mine with cinnamon with it. Pumpkin pie spice is good with it too.
