I feel grouchy today.

That's it, nothing earth-shattering. I just feel grouchy today. I started on another diet, I'm hungry, I'm irritable. I feel mad at the world...but I do feel grateful for all of my blessings and all that is good with my life.
I have bills that are due, I need to get my hair done, I need to clean out my car...blah, blah, blah. I just feel grouchy.
Just thought I'd share...
And hey, don't judge me

No I'm kidding, I think we woke up on the same side of the bed though as I woke up grouchy as well. Just kind of wanting to scream a bit, but I'm feeling better now.
Eat a treat if you can and just let yourself have the emotions thats all I gotta say, everyone has those days.

Does it make me a horrible person that I feel better because you woke up feeling grouchy too?? You know what they say, misery loves company.
I want to eat a treat, but I can't because I'm on Day 2 of a diet, and if I mess up on day 2 then I feel like I made a total waste of day 1. I have a teenage son, so my house always has lots of goodies in it.
My Internet bill is coming up due, my phone bill is due, my electric bill. I need some s*x. I need to do my hair. I have laundry to do, no quarters. I need some s*x...oh, I already mentioned that didn't I? I want a nice, juicy hamburger. I want some this, that, blah blah blah. This too shall pass.
I'm getting on my own nerves!!
But, I'm feeling a bit better now.

I was grouchy last night, stayed up too late, but the weather was also changing as well. Even though I appreciate the fall, when the rain storms are coming in it often makes me grouchy. So now you can feel good that more people are grouchy,

Isn't it terrible that sometimes knowing the fact that someone else feels lousy makes us feel better? I guess it is all part of the feeling that you are not alone that does the trick.
The "staying up late and therefore didn't get enough sleep" type of grouchy is a painful grouchy indeed. I hate having things to do during the day when my body is protesting all along the way because I did not get enough sleep the night before.
Ilove the rain. Rain storms can be romantic, but then one has to look at the damage that can be by them as well.
That's for coming to this discussion and making me feel better

I think we all feel that way some days?
Well except I dont' feel hungry cause I don't diet. But I do get irritable over other things.
Don't let your head explode over them though! I know sometimes I think mine might.

No one will judge you, because if we are honest we have all been there, the trick is not to be hard on yourself, and to treat yourself or spoil yourself. We have bad hair days, we have days where we don't want to face anyone or anything, where we just want to lock ourselves way, or watch dvds all day. I don't believe anyone who is happy every single day. Sometimes outside influences affect the way we feel, maybe our partner has irritated us, maybe it's too hot, or too cold, I find that my moods drop in the Summer months, I am sensitive to the heat, too much heat makes me grouchy, getting up early, I am not an early morning person so I get grouchy if I get woken up. We all have our limits, but take assurance that you will not feel grouchy forever, it will pass!

How is the weather, is it contributing to your grouchy feeling? Being hungry will do it to me for sure. I think we do okay and do not judge each other too much here. Good thing to remembmer all of your blessings.

The weather is gorgeous to me because fall and winter thrill me, all of the pumpkins and falling leaves, the crisp wind. I love it. You are so sweet to care, now I feel horrible for being in a bad mood. I didn't think anyone would even respond to this discussion, I just felt like putting it out there.
Well, thanks to you I feel a bit better. I like you GardenGerty!!
Also, the diet is making me irritated...you know how that can be.
As far as my judging comment...hey, I was feeling grouchy when I said that

I am on a diet at the moment, and there is really no need to be hungry at all. There are so many low calorie snacks that you could enjoy that there is literally no excuse to say that there is nothing for you to eat. I like eating carrot sticks when I am feeling hungry or bored, and there are hardly any calories in them so that makes them the perfect snack. I am sure that you will find a way to pay the bills so you don't have to worry about that. Just think about all of the good things in your life and remember how lucky you are to have them.
