Listening to my favorite radio station help me to concentrate...

yes, you better talk to the building administration about making noise that disturbs your neighbor. maybe they are not aware of the policy that the administration make. is it?, for me i think that's the reason why.. ...good day!...

If they are making that much noise even after you speak to the building administration then the very next time they are noisy like that I would called the police & report them. Here where I live they have until 11pm, but if people are disturbing others w/ lets say a party, fighting, or just by being overly loud then we have the right to report them. It's called disturbing the peace.

What do they do that they're so noisy, I luckily never experienced such a thing. If my neighbors did that I would do the same thing or worse, just to tease them.

don't you just get so besides yourself when you are in your home and others in the same building just act like they are in a private...I use to have some neighbors upstairs over me and they just didn;t care about me or anyone else..Until I begin to calling the police and they were eventually arrested because they would not let the police in when they knocked..and this was right after I called the police and they(police) throught I was having a party because the music was so loud...they could hear it when I called...It was terrible..I don;t want to say their enthnicity but they just didn't care about anyone...

Yes i think u should definitely talk to your building administration regarding this stuff without which your neighbors wont mend their ways. It is never advisable to play loud music especially during the night hours when people would be so tired and exhausted and would be longing to take a good sound sleep. Yes u can play music to such a level such that the neighbors are not disturbed at all but loud music is totally unacceptable. What say?

You should definitely speak to the administrator. Some people are so inconsiderate ... I have an uncle who lived wwith us in the family house, he lived downstairs and he would play his music so loud that you couldnt even her youself think. hE WOULD PLAY ALL DAY ANY DAY, IT COULD BE 5AM AND HE PLAY HIS MUSIC. I dont get why peole are like that. Its being so selfish and not thinking of others..If they want to deafen themselves fine but not put others in harm. Those peope should go live on their own island and play their music as loud and as long as they want. Thank God he moved out!

Your lucky that you can complain to your administrator unfortunately that's my main problem here in my place. And I don't know where to complain since were living in a apartment and there was a store beside me. Almost every night bystanders are drinking and talking too loud. Same with you sometimes I just put on my head set and listen to music.
