Hello everyone. Last sunday I got myself a 7 inch android tablet from Pandawill.com, a china based store. I have been playing with the idea of getting a tablet to browse the web from my living room or my bedroom, watching some videos and movies, playing music and just play around with it but I know I don't need nothing to fancy like an iPad or a Samsung Galaxy. I would really like having one of those but I just don't want to spend so much money because the truth is I don't really need a tablet so badly. What made me buy this tablet really was the price, I got it for about 43 dollars. The tablet specifications are very modest, it has a 7 inch screen, a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of storage but it has an SD/TF slot and so this storage can be upgraded up to 32 GB. It also have a mini HDMI port so I can easily connect the tablet to my tv screen and watch movies at a resolution of 1080p. The only drawback I see with this tablet is that it has a resistive screen instead of a capacitive one and I have read some reviews and opinions that say that those kind of screens are very buggy and hard to use. That's why I am asking if buying this particular tablet was a good choice. I haven't used it since I just bought it a few days ago and the shipping will take around 10 days to arrive so I don't know what to expect from it, this is why I'm asking you if you have any experience with resistive screen tablets.

had you checked well about the spesification of chinnese tablot?? now, many chinese product is cheaper than the branded one...but there are consequences, their spare parts isn`t much like branded one and it can make some problem when yours is broken and no one spart part of your tablet..

You are right about the spare parts of the tablet. Maybe I won't be able to repair my tablet if there is a problem with it but I don't mind much about that because the price of the tablet was very low. Of course I hope it doesn't run into trouble any time soon. It was cheap but it's not like I want to throw my money to the trash. The specifications of the tablet are pretty much what I said there, a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of storage. Two things I didn't mention, the fact that it has a screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and the OS is Android 2.2.

I have not had luck with that. Every search I do just return results of stores where I can buy the tablet but in any place I have seen anything related with any service or reparation center. Maybe there isn't any so I will be very careful with the tablet and try to avoid by all means that it gets damaged.

It's very cheap so it's good buy for me. I have already a tablet which was given to me by my brother. If I don't have a tablet yet I would definitely buy that cheap tablet. But of course you should expect too much. As long as I can browse the Web without problems and not slow and not laggy then I would be happy with it. So tell me your experience about it soon so I would recommend that to my friends who wants cheap tablets.

I think it was a good decision to buy the tablet. I don't have it with me yet but It will be arriving this week so now it's just a matter of a few days. Basically I want it to browse the web without having to turn on my computer and also to connect it to my tv screen and watch movies and videos. It will be great to have such a small device that can connect via HDMI to my TV.

For $43,that looks to be a bargain buy for that spec. of a machine, whether it would have a buggy screen or not..the one I'm using would be something similar in spec. (it's Also made in China..but isn't the iPad,too?) but mine would have the capacitive screen...good luck with yours..

That's what I thought when I saw the price. The retail price was of about $69 and I didn't think much about it and just grabbed it. I would prefer one with capacitive screen but for what I've seen the usual retail price for a similar tablet with capacitive screen is around $90 or more.
