People now, both men and women were really trying hard to lose weight. There are natural ways and artificial ways. A lot of people also spend so much time and money to lose weight.
For me I've tried Tuna Diet. And Slimming Coffee and Slimming Orange+Green Tea. I'm not obese but I would always want to be lighter than my weight.
How about you guys there?

A lot! Some worked, some did not. And the reason I'm still not fit today is because I was not consistent. But this time, I'll try to commit myself to it. Currently doing a mash up of General Motors diet and cabbage diet and a little modification because the calories are too low. Plus, I walk a lot, and take the stairs to my office. Also a bit of treadmill and bike in the gym. Here are the others that I've tried that worked or failed:
Scarsdale medical diet, worked. Lost almost 20 pounds. I was in my early 20s. Unfortunately, I did not commit on it. The diet says that once you gain 4 pounds, get on the diet again. I just don't have that discipline I had then and it's a bit costly and tedious.
Gym - on and off during college, and on and off now, failed. Would have worked if I was consistent. And that includes dabbling with Taebo and Aerobics. Now I'm trying Zumba.
Running/Jogging/Briskwalking - worked, lost maybe 5 pounds, but I stopped when I moved into another city (more dangerous city)
Supplements:
Herbalife supplement, worked. Lost almost 10 pounds in time for my counsin's wedding in 2004. Couldn't follow up on it because it's expensive.
Celium fiber, failed. I discovered I get bloated more. But it's really good for those who have problems "moving" in the bathroom. Packed with so much fiber. But it tastes gross.
Tablets:
Hawthorne, failed - one of the things in life and I pray that it has not done me damage I will regret in the future. And, the one who gave it to me is my mom. Who is a nurse!
Xenical - failed. Seriously, ewww!!! and too expensive.
Fitrum - failed. I found out that I get more bloated with L-carnitine
Slenda - failed. Tried it for a day last week and I don't know it it was what triggered my hyperacidity for a few days.
Monitoring my calorie intake through MyFitnessPal - a big help!!! I need a minimum of 1,200 calories a day, and I should not exceed 1,400. With MFP, I could always monitor. Here's the link: (Not a referral link!)

Bottom line is, what really works for me is to maintain a good diet and do some exercise. (Easier said than done, though). Those diet pills do not work, and could be dangerous in the long run.

This is really a great help. YOu got a lot of experience and knowledge on a lot of ways of losing weight. Especially on products. Its scary of trying products and its better to ask other's experiences first before trying. You already had a lot of work. But right, best thing is to be focus on it to get effective results. My slimming coffee really works but at first you feel like your taste buds are gone, and sometimes you'll feel dizzy, probably because you're losing weight fastly.

Zumba is a fun dance exercise that incorporates latin dance to exercise. Really fun and could work up a lot of sweat.

yup..not eat anything and drink anything for about 8-14 hours.
it is all depend on you and how strong you are in fasting
try to add the total hours day by day
you will get slim.
because I don't eat and drink anything, my body automatically use all the food in my body to do activity. Thus the detox process is about running

I always drink Pepsi Max instead of the calorie drinks so I cut out quite a lot of calories over the month. I am looking to step up my exercise regime to lose more weight and tone my abs.

I slowly lessened my carbohydrates intake. I also decreased my intake of soda and replaced it with water. Aside from it, as much as possible i keep it to mind to be active and move. Though i still need more time to lose weight, still i have the discipline to do all of it.

I have tried slimming coffee to suppress my appetite. But I only used it for few days because I know it contains addictive ingredients that are unhealthy. It indeed worked for me. It stopped my cravings for a while. But there was a rebound effect. So I tried to lose weight naturally by eating healthy and exercise. I play badminton for 2 hours everyday. And I monitor my calorie intake.

I do this silly little thing to help with weight loss. I always eat servings that are only the size of the palm of my hand. I gave up pop in 2010. I gave up gluten products. I have lost 60 pounds. The problem is it has become an obsession that I can not stop and now my eating disorder is out of control. Be careful.

I have started making small changes in my daily life. I have started drinking more water, drinking at least one smoothie a day(packed with veggies and fruit, I try to use more healthy versions of food, I have also been fitting in working out whenever I have down time even if it is just something small. It's all about finding out what works for you and keeping to it. Good luck with your weight loss!

Hi,
My diet plan is simple. I do not eat much, in the first place, I can't have much. With the high cost of foodstuff here, it is easy to do. All I can have are vegetables, green leaves from the plants around and that's that. No meat, no seafoods, no fancy food, no chocolates, no ice cream, no nothing.
I have no problem of being overweight since I was a strapping child due to this.

I did sport to lose weight and also eat less, especially fat food. I think these are the best ways to lose weight. I never tried with artificial methods, I think these can hurt your health. I wouldn't recommend anybody to try on this manner. Furthermore doing jogging you can lose weight rapidly.

I have gone throw stressful situations and busy times. I lost twenty recently. It wasn't by choice but I ended up having to run around everywhere giving me extra exercise. Also walking around with my toddler on my back stregthens too. I end up also having to eat smaller meals or snacks being so busy.

I gave up soda and lost forty pounds. Other than that, I walk, work, and do my daily stuff. In a minute it will snow, and I will be able to work it off.

I tried to lose weight however, I failed! huhuhu. Every time, I got to exercise my daughter will always want me to carry her. I tried the cardio dance, I thought that she will just dance with me too but no, after a minute, she wants me to carry again. It ended up that I am so exhausted for nothing. My back is aching!
I don't know what to do anymore.
