I take a bath twice a day one in the morning after I wake up and one in the evening. My problem is that I shared a room with and he don't take a bath regularly. I think he only take a bath three times a week or sometimes five times a week. But he only take a bath in the morning. My problem is that his bed stinks because of his sweat and odors and since we are roommate I can't sleep with his smell.

I can't argue with him with that he is a physical therapist and he pass a board exam so who am I to say or argue that theirs no such thing as pasma? lols. I don't believe in pasma before but tell you what. Its some how true. Just wait when you get older and you know what I mean. lols.

Tell him what you observe in a nice way. But taking a bath is not really the main issue. It is his attitude towards it. He must be sensitive having the knowledge that he shares a room. Of course, he knows also that he sweats a lot so he must change his sheets every other day or once a week.

Its financial reason that I can't. But if only I can find a good job and leave. Why not right? I only live in a house of a relative and even if its for rent its almost for free and my roommate is in the side of my brother-in-laws.

I have a feeling that it is the fact that he may not wash his sheets not how often he bathes is the issue. I would tell him to wash his sheets at least once a week. This is something that needs to be addressed since this is a serious issue.

It is strange that you have lived with it all this while. You need to bring this to his notice as it is a matter of your having to go through something that he can easily control.

I am taking of a way of how you can talk to your room mate about his without offending him. Are you too close to each other because if you are, I think it is okay to open this topic to him. My husband sweats a lot too and I would usually cover the bed sheet with a blanket and would often change the blanket every other day.

I guess its natural to sweat but I don't think its one of the reason why he is smelly its because he does not take a bath. That's for me is the reason. I tried it also. I did not take a bath for few days and my sweat smells really bad because theirs a bacteria build ups. But if you take a bath twice a day you sweat but since theirs few bacteria you don't smell a lot.

I see. I guess you really have to talk to him about it. At least take half bath every evening before going to sleep. How can he possibly behave that way when you sleep beside each other. I once living in a room with a friend but we have separate beds. Just tell him to take a bath in the evening so you will know his reason for not doing so.

Tell him to wash his sheets. Him only taking a shower/bath once a day has nothing to do with his bed smelling regardless if he took bathed twice a day it shouldn't change how he sweats. Actually a person should only bath about every 3 days because our body needs certain moils and stuff other wise your drying out your body and it's natural oils that it needs.

Three days! What a hygiene. lols. In our country its norm to take a bath twice a day. One in the morning after you walk up you take a bath and take a mouth waste or brush your teeth. Then after work or in the evening you take a bath again to clean yourself with all of this dirt.
