I love eating.... Wish i could gain weight fasssssst m so skinny!!!! Somebody help me with a program or something?

I could trade you I am still carrying extra pounds from my second pregnancy. I wish I could lose weight quick! I think in order to gain weight properly, you ought to eat 3 good meals a day regularly meaning breakfast, lunch and dinner on time with good nutrients in it and stay positive(happy) all the time.

Want to gain weight, then you must eat the right food and in sizable amount. Try to eat protein and carbohydrate rich food, and cut down on your physical activity. I am sure you can gain few pound a week if you follow through my advice religiously. If you don't eat the right stuff come within the food and also has high metabolism rate, then it may not be possible for you to gain weight even you try your best to eat a lot or many time a day.

I have the opposite problem to you, and I am trying to lose weight at the moment. But I have learned a lot about food and I know that all you need to do is make sure that you're eating more calories than you're burning. Things like nuts are very high in calories, so if you have cereal in the morning then you could start by sprinkling some nuts on top of it. This wouldn't feel like much more food, but would have those vital calories in it. You could also try increasing the portions that you eat at meal times, and possibly add a couple of snacks in the middle of the day.

maybe you should try eat more fruit and fresh vegetables.and then you can eat wheat bread that give full protein to your body.

I feel your pain.. I also do want to get a little chubbier.. even just my face. my face is so skinny and I am too a bit skinny. :( need more fats to firm my body and all.
I tried eating more fruits for healthy living and more good fatty foods too to give me little fats.
Try eating more often and remember to eat more during breakfast and lunch. Just eat a few during dinner to avoid having big tummy :)

may be you should develpoing the good habits of eating breakfast , such as the oatmesl red bean and pearl barley porridge , sara fruit , eggs milk or soybean mwhole wheat bread , noodles do you like , soy bean paste beijing style , it is very deliciouse , i believe that you can love it ,
