Who here has done intermittent fasting? have you gotten great results? I'm doing to right now and have seen some good results from about no exercise just because i dont have the time at the moment. anyone have ideas for food to get in a short 6 hr eating window that would keep me full for a little while?

I have lost a lot of weight recently, and I honestly don't think that there is any need to fast at all. Over the past couple of years, I have dropped over 115 pounds in weight, and I am hardly ever hungry. The trick is to be able to choose foods that fill you up but don't contain lots of calories. I find that pasta is good for this. Whenever I feel like snacking, I will now go for things like carrot sticks rather than chocolate and crisps like I might have done in the past. Gradually your tastes will change and you'll get to the stage where you don't need to eat rubbish to keep yourself full at all.

I think it is good to avoid snacks and oily food and to healthy diet and also to go for walking and this will help you to lose weight.
