Using Expressoin Web Designed HTML with WORDPRESS

hi, Just few days before, i started a new blog. I designed an HTML page in MS Expression Web (as i am not good with html) to use as MainPage of the blog. But till now, I am not unable to attach that HTML file with the wordpress blog. I am still trying to solve this issue. In this regard, I am looking for your help Thanks
