FINALLY! Gained weight :D

Hi myLot friends!
Good Day!
From almost being underweight, which is 42Kilos, now I am 47Kilos. Thanks to my loving boyfriend who convinced me on eating whenever I feel hungry every time. Even my colleagues noticed I'm having chubby chicks now (o^.^o)v
Heavy breakfast in the morning then a little snack after few hours then Lunch time! And then eat bread for merienda then comes dinner :D See how crazy it is? That's how I gained my plus 5kilos :D
Now I feel my body is heavy xD and so now I need to exercise in the morning (coz I don't do exercise, walking to the office is enough for me). But I still need continue to my gain weight program :))
How 'bout you guys :D

I miss the times we eat together (cakes, spaghetti, chocolates). We must set a double-date some other time ;D

Hi vanessa, how about losing weight? do you have any tips on it? hahahahaha!!!!
The last I checked my weight was around 50kilos :P and now I lose 2kilos :P hohohohohoho do you have any tips on losing weight and have a good figure like yours? :P

LOL are you serious? To tell you honestly, I like your figure more better than mine. Anyway, like what I have stated above, why not try "Tabata Training Exercise" You will definitely lose weight :D

wow that is sweet of your boyfriend and good you have listened to him makes you a good girlfriend too. you are lucky that you are thin. I am fat and I want to lose it but it is hard to lose and needs lot of dedication. I am trying lets see what the outcome is.. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Yeah :) I'm glad that I met him and destined to be my boyfriend. By the way, just recently heard this exercise called TABATA on the news. It involves performing a particular exercise (or exercises) at high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. This is repeated 8 times for a total training time of 4 minutes. And a reminder from the news that this training exercise should not be done by people with heart problems or other medical problems.
