hi there mylotters, I have a question regarding the eon unionbank card that many Filipinos use to withdraw their money from paypal. I want to know how the "No transaction for 1 year penalty" works? I saw if you will not have transaction for a year you will be charged 200php a month. But I want to know what kind of transactions are being referred to by this policy? Is making a withdrawal enough? I mean is a withdrawal considered as a transaction or do I need to make a purchase for me to have a transaction? Help me guys please I'm confused...

you can always put your extra personal money in your EON account so that you can have your active transaction.

Hey I have a question. When I claimed my card in unionbank, I didn't deposit any amount. Is this okay? Can I still enroll my eon card online in eon cyberaaccount? Have you tried this or you deposited money right away when you claimed your card in the bank?
