There are times when problems seems so difficult to handle and we feel helpless and hopeless. But there is still hope. If you are in this situation, please try mindful meditation. Try to clear your mind of problems and focus on the NOW. Listen to a relaxing music, instrumental, and listen to your breathing. Start your meditation with just 10 counts of breathing. Then as it becomes easier, you can do 50 or 100 breathings. Believe it or not, within a few days, your situation will get better. Take note, not just your feeling of hopelessness will improve but your problems seems to go away. Try it. Goodluck.

interesting ...
as it is said, "in the final analysis" , the most important things ... are not things ...
Coz we're human, we sometimes tend to undervalue what we "have", when faced with adversity in one form or the other ... such as physical or economic difficulty ...
it seems mindful meditation, reminds us who we really are ... that we "are not enclosed inside our bodies" ...
and is such is our firm belief ... then we can cease to exist physically ... and yet know, that the True Self remains "unharmed" ... "where" the Invisible, All-Intelligent and All-Powerful reigns ...
What do you think?
