In Microsoft imagine cup 2012 , Project called enable talk was made by one ukrainian team.In that project they used gloves fitted with touch censors,flex censors etc.Enable talk team has built the system that convert sign language to text and then in to speech by text to speech engine.I think this is amazing project.

Hey.. Its really cool device. It is very helpful for the deaf people to make verbal communication with others. People who don’t understand the sign languages are now able to understand the deaf peoples thoughts and make communication with them. This device is very helpful to translate their signs into the words and this can be transmitted via Bluetooth to a windows phone. Such a great project..!!
