stress is very dangerous to health

now these days we are very busy in our life. we do not have time for our natural activities.e are run for our work and take a big stress on our mind to achieve the targets , in this race our mind do not get relax.so due to this stress we face many mental problems, so i request to those all who take very stress take extra care about this, because this stress cause of brain - hammraige ,and so on....what are you think on this stress

Stress is caused by some busy activities,under pressure or hard work in your life.Lots of people feel the same in any situations.We can reduce this stress with some activities that you like.For example,doing exercise in the morning,walking,hiking,or if you have no time for that you can listening music,and try to relax and enjoy.For women they're like to shopping and hanging out with some friends.

Hi zeon, you are absolutely right...stress is very dangereous.
it has been now to kill people because some people can get so
overwhelm about certain issues that the body rejects...
I am a person who certainly worry aout things sometimes, but
rarely to the point to be stressed. I don't think..

Yeah stress is bad but everyone is having some kind of stress these days and that is why doctors are having good business.... It seems that many people have no control over stress. i would just say that I don't know why I don't take any stress whatever the situation I go through. i agree with you,but sometimes we can't control it,we all know it is bad for our health,it comes from work,family,friends and so on,i thought it would be less when i grew up,but when i grow up know,i feel more stress,do you agree?

Stress is something that we should always try to get rid of if there is any way that we can do so. I find that lots of exercise can help me to stay stress free, as it helps you to produce endorphins which make you feel happy. Also, healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables will help your body to get to the best state that it can possibly be in, which means that you will be able to remove a certain amount of stress from your life. Think about everything that is making you stressed, and then consider whether there is any way that you could remove that.

Well thanks for posting this discussion over here. Stress indeed is very dangerous for our health for it only only affects us professionally but personally as well. The cut throat competition and the race to grab more money, name and fame has intensified the stress levels in human beings. it puts an adverse impact on one's health and he looses his agility and the passion to do work as he always battles against illness due to stress. Besides presence of stress never lets u work freely.

For myself stress of being in a bad relationship has built over much time. I noticed many physical and emotional problems caused by stress. I have a therapist to help deal with the high stress in my life and it helps. I think that any one that can't get stress under control in their life should go get help of doctor so the stress doesn't damage them.
