I try to be stress free, but I just can't :(

If you read my last post a few months you'll understand why. I don't even try to think of my mistakes these past three years but it keeps coming back and drastically changes my mind state I get stressed sad angry different emotions that aren't so good to start with. I just exercised a few hours ago got my mile jog of the day stretched and felt ok but once i got home it hit me :( I do my twice or 3 max exercises a week at USC in the track and field. Just seeing the university guys and girls hits me hard which is why too. Well it didn't until I heard a student say "we have a freshman coming later to show us what he's got" oh my god that hurt I could have been a freshman at a college this August. I'm trying to forget about it all and move but it comes back to me exercising isn't coping as much as I'd hope :(

At first I don't know what was going through in your mind, I'm a bit confused about your discussion, so I decided your last few posts and so now I understand. Life is truly challenge, we came up with different struggles in life. Each of us has different problem but how do we cope up with it. Very simple my friend, learn to have a positive outlook in life, learn to appreciate the beauty of life. Don't be so negative, everything happens for a reason. If you failed, then stand up and try again. Being a failure is not an option, if you wanna win, you must try to stay focus and stand up for your mistakes. Focus on your goal and learn not to be distracted. Learn to have inspiration in life, such your family, friends or anyone you love. You get strength and energy from them. You are still young and have a lot to learn, its the process of life. Learn to be mature..that's the key..Have confidence in your self..Always remember that there are people out there which has much problem than you have, but still they are able to smile and strive to continue moving forward. @pals101 thank you for your words :) I believe I am doing better than I was a few months ago but I still get down n sad because the past comes back to me :( I need to find something productive I can 't be like this any longer but it's hard I doubt myself........

I believe the best way to erase the bad memories in the past, is to replace it with good memories, take time to rest, or do some vacation together with your friends or families or someone you love..

It is hard when we are under a lot of stress, but you just have to find ways to be able to manage your stress or it will all get the better of you. The three main things that help stress are exercising which you're already doing, eating a healthy diet and sleeping as much as you need to; preferably around eight hours per night. If you are doing all of these things then you should find that you're able to deal with your stress a lot better. You should write down the things that are getting to you, and make a list of the things that you could do in order to deal with that stress.

My exercise habits aren't great but I feel a little progress but my healthy intake and sleep schedule is bad. It's just not as easy as it seems at the moment for me :/

Personally, I think there is many of us here who can relate with this one, and it is not easy, especially when things are not always going to best. For me, since I am a praying person the best thing I can do is to think on good things that have happened in my life, and pray and ask god to help calm my fears and to help me to get thru this situation. It may take a while, but in time, everything will be OK.

I stop letting people stress me out, with all their problems, and dumping all their problem on me, I like being to myself all the time, that way I don't have to be around people, that much which is great for me.
