I think it is better not to make the resume like a little book which it will spend quite a long time for the employer reading it. In the past our teacher told us to write a resume in a page and that's good enough. If you write it long, then it will be boring for the employer. So make the resume briefly but with points. And you should emphasize your ability, such as the communication skills, team-work spirit, computer knowledge etc. It is better that you have some working experience.

That's right, but as for the ability, what i have is the same to others, how can i attract the employers' attention? If i make a very different resume,is it a bad way to show myself? Thank you for your advice,it's very useful for me,\(^o^)/~ Have a nice day.

I've been an interviewer in the past, as an interviewer, i think i have some experience that can be shared with you and help you. For a graduate, i pay attention on his/her scores of curriculum and his/her experience relevant with the applied job. I know many graduates have no working experience, but i prefer the one who have part-time job experience or practise experience, becuase they can be more easy adapted to the new role of employee. Of course, the score of curriculum is important as well. As a student, study is his/her main duty, the one who can't complete study well can't fulfish job already.

But i do haven't any experience,i know this is very important for me,how can i remedy? Well the curriculum score is great, however my major is politics, there is little relevant suitable job for this profession,i feel very confused. If i want to enter into enterprise and public institution, what i need to learn and to improve? Within only 4 months,is it possible?Thank you very much.

This is something that can be difficult to get right, particularly if you have a lot of things that you want to put on it. The trick is to pick the best things that allow you to be viewed in a positive light and put those on in preference to some things that everyone might have. This includes if you have any good experience in the field that you're applying for a job in, as this is something that would really help you to be able to show them that you are the ideal person for the job, and the person who they would want to employ.

But the problem is that what i have is the same to the others,i haven't any experience and my strong suit is DIY,it has nothing with my majors. So i am very worried about my future,i don't know what i can write on the rusume. I didn't realise the importance of studying in the daily life until now, however,i am afraid it's too late to catch up with others. Oh,very sad.

First of all, every job needs the resume to be rewritten for that job. You sometimes need to write things and delete other things. If you think you have no relevant work experience, I can help you with that. Take for example, someone who worked as a security guard and wants to get applied for a job in a work place that is totally different : He would write : WORK EXPERIENCE : 2010-2011 A security guard at _____ bank, New-york * strong details attention * good relation with people * checking bags and alerting for suspicious findings Those '*' signs are called "Bullets" , they are important to show the relevant sides in the things that you did. Every thing that you did in the past can include some bullets that are relevant to the job you want to apply to.

I think your resume should base on your major and university due to you are student,I think the best way to write a good resume as a student is you should go to your senior student who had got a better job and let them to teach you how to write.

I would suggest first to type up a resume as best as you can and then you can have it critique..Her name is Talya Lev-mor and she is the founder of Resume Target.. She will first critique your resume then give advice tips on how to write a resume..If you're still not sure..She can make your resume look professional with a cost..it can range from $180.00 to $250.. She is also on LinkedIn..Have a look at it..
