I think I had started a discussion on this issue before but this time, I want to know from those who've had eyelash extensions how the extensions feel. Based on my personal experience, there are times when I would feel my eyes suddenly water--it's the kind of feeling when soap gets into your eyes. There are times when I have to stop what I ws doing because I needed to drop Visine into my irritated eyes. According to the ladies who install the lash extensions, your eyes would actually feel irritated by the fume of the kind of "glue" they are using to stick the lashes. I find this discouraging. I have undergone retouch once but I no longer intend to have another one because of what I mentioned above. Please share what you know about this.

I have tried this before. Yes, it was kinda uncomfortable at first, when I was done I even got paranoid about even trying to blink . Of course they wouldn't fall off because it's been glued. I had my eyelash extensions for 3 months. It felt alright after one day, I didn't even have to use Visine or anything.

Oh. I had mine retouched after a month and now I do not intend to do that again because of the problem I mentioned above.

I have tried this once and yes, it is quite irritating at first. But after a couple of days, I got used to it. Though I never had an experience where my eyes will just get watery or stuff like that. I guess, it could be because of the glue they have used on your extension. Next time, you might want to consider having it done on a different salon.

I don't try to have an eyelash extension but my friend tried it twice already and I never heard her complain about being irritated. Maybe the lady who put the eyelashes are not that good and make some mess putting the glue on your eyelid that's why your irritated.

Must be. We have no way of knowing really if this person assigned to do the job has been trained professionally.

Wow,,,i need to share my opinion too. I have my eyelashes extension 2 weeks ago and its my second time,,the first time was Dec last year and it last for more than 2 months. I have that experience too but not that serious..Just make sure it was professionally done by professional people. And since i only have a little and short eyelashes, im quite feel good about it and what i did was to take good care of it specially when bathing or washing my face, though it may take a little sacrifice when cleaning my face, im used to it because i love it.

I am also doing my best to avoid being rough to my eye areas because of the lashes, but there are times when the feeling of having something like soap in your eyes comes.
