I am thinking of quitting facebook

It looks like im getting bored with facebook. There was a time when i used to like it when it had an identity of its own. Now i feel has become inundated with lots and lots of apps and things which has made it uninteresting to me. Also sites like mylot have instilled in me the real feeling of social networking is not just to network but to earn something of wat we are able to network. Do u think that the lifespan of facebook or other networking sites have attentuated.
