What a crap job in here!
I really don't understand how's working style in this company? Very Strange.
I hete that kind of working style, No powerful working still, lessness purchaser staff. stupid followers. what a crap procedure in this company.
I want damn all of people without efficiency in this position.
My project is in mass production stage, there is no any necessary concerns for me, I am guiding our customer in production line during that time. They found me and asked me to help dealing with it. I just help with my kindness. Actually, that's fault. I should don't care it. But I do.
How's result, they accepted my request and push it. finally, all of email comes me and ask me the status. I feel crap and nothing about me. The acctual help-aide is behind in this case. I don't know how to feedback and also no one told me how to reply. That's not the responsiblity of me.

Well i can understand your feelings very well and would like to recommend u to enjoy your work and rather complain about everything around. There are many people in this world who are without any jobs and who are willing to take any kinds of jobs that are available to them. U are lucky at least that u have a company in hand and u should make the most out of it. I can understand that u are not happy in the company but i think u should work for some more years and gain experience and with that experience move on to a new company that suits your credibility.

Yes, Compared with others, I am a lucky girl. like my mother said offten, There are so many people can not eat enough, but you are refused to eat food.
I will insist on here, whatever changes. And I am also lazy for job change.
