do you often look in the mirror?

We have mirrors all over. There is one mirror that makes me look good. Before stepping out I look at myself in that mirror thinking that all is well

hehe ,yes of course, that's because we love to see ourselves always, i remember when i was in my teens, i always used to see myself in the mirror, whether necessary or not, in fact used to spend some extra extra times before the mirror.I used to comment , see my teeth , not nice mummy , i want my teeth like so and so heroin, see my face mummy , i have a oval face ,i don't like it etc etc and all nonsense.lol, not non sense exactly but, I feel so embarrassed ,when i remember all those now. oh my there are lot many which i remember now, thanks for the discussion

I don't often look at the mirror. Every morning when I wake up and then brush my teeth and wash my face, then I will look at the mirror. Meanwhile I will comb my hair. And I will see the mirror again when I have a bath. Sometimes I will also comb my hair when I look at the mirror before go to bed.

Well, I'm certainly not the type of person who spends a lot of time in front of the mirror. Haha, I look in the mirror every time I pass one, whether in my own house, or some place else :P It's just vanity on my part, always want to see if my hair is in place, or my make-up is still ok etc.

OK,for me, I think nothing when I look into the mirror. Actually, I only look into the mirror when shaving. Because my hair style is the very short one, I needn't to comb hair and I even have no a comb. So I rarely look into the mirror. I think those often look into the mirror mostly think themselves .Obviously, what you look and what you think .

The only instances that I look in the mirror is either one of the following situations: 1. In the morning, after I rise, I had to see that no morning star is stuck to my eye or some snot on my nose. 2. If I feel that there is something stuck on my eye, because it usually gets irritated, I go to see what it is via the mirror. 3. If I am about to go out, I have to check my hair to make sure that nothing is standing out--I usually get bed-hair (a disadvantage for having short hair). 4. To make sure that I didn't grow another head. People usually look at me as if I'm a stranger if I go outside of my house. So I had to double check that I didn't turn alien.

hi there, with reference to your topic, i do always look at the mirror especially when i am combing my hair. aside from that if i am putting a face powder since i need to do it as the weather here in my end is quite humid.

I am not vain and I seldom look in the mirror unless I really need to fix my hair and do my make up. Otherwise, I would just pass by a mirror without even looking at it.

Women normally look at mirror more than men. It is because they want to dress themselves properly. Nothing wrong. Some women spend a lot of time before mirror. I do not spend more time before mirror --first reason i do not have much hair and even when I was young I was not bothered about hair. In my view people who spend more time before mirror lack self confidence and need to stand before mirror to increase their confidence.

I look at mirror before I go out of the house to see that my face and hair and clothes are good. I do not stare at myself on the mirror like some people do..

I'm regrettably not a fan of Mirrors; not that I have low self-esteem but rather because I have very high self-esteem and believe that I'm always Ok. I think those who must visit the mirror of those who are so much attached to the mirror do it to make sure they are perfect before others! They never do it for themselves!

I look into the mirror more and more when i have nothing to do the whole day.if i have a busy day,i dont look into the mirror again and again but ones to comb in my hairs.but i think ladies do use mirror more in a day than gents.am i right?

I make an effort not to look in the mirror. I have had many problems with doing this. Every time i look in the mirror I think negative thoughts about myself. My therapist told me it is not good for me to look in the mirror and think these thoughts because it makes my Eating Disorder spiral out of control. So for that reason I avoid looking because I want to get better and recover. I wish I could get to the point of looking in the mirror and thinking nothing.

Hehah...funny question I look in the mirror only at once in a day but my sweet and danger hubby look many times in the mirror whenever came in home then goes out of home first go infront of mirror do the comb. He takes more time for comb even the hair is short. He is smart but I not ugly but less beautiful than him.

I just used to look at a mirror when I need to make myself little beautiful. I just used to take a comb and comb my hair with the help of the mirror. This is what I just used to do when I am in front of a mirror and it takes only seconds.

Hi friend, i am not a frequent user of mirror, i will use it once or twice in a day. We don't get any extra beauty by looking in the mirror, our beauty will always help us to get more motivation

Sometimes I do like to look in the mirror,especially after I took a shower or I have something wrong with my face.Look in the mirror sometimes can give me confidence and sometimes can give me some ideas about life.

I don't know. It's kind of natural or should I say, automatic for me to look at my reflection wherever I am. Whether it is through a car's side mirror or a tainted glass or department store displays. Since I was a kid I have been doing that. Is that considered as vanity? lol.
