I have high number spectacles, please help me.
Yes I wear spectacles and earlier I used to wear contact lenses. But in reality I want to get rid of them forever. I don’t want to go for any operation. I have also listened that by meditation or yoga, they could be also cured. So is it really possible? Do you have any idea or experience in that?

No it is not possible. If that was possible nobody on earth would wear spectacles or contact lenses anymore. Options for you (at the moment) are: contactlenses you can wear day and night or get your eyes fixed by laser. Both options are not forever btw. They say that it might be good/better for your eyes not to wear glasses or contactlenses for some time/hours a day. This way you eyes are staying active/practising so the muscles keep working and not getting more and more lazy. But you will never get great eyesight again.

I have listened in general that eyes could be cured if the number is not high.

I would not count on it otherwise there wouldn't be so mahy people wearing spectacles/contact lenses at all. And in those countries where you can't buy them (big parts of Africa for example) people have bad sight as well!
