Solarbux is bankrupt-suggestions

A very reputable and emerging honest and legit Ptc site has become bankrupt(not scam).The admin lost about 5000$ in this whole solarbux project,he had high pay per click rates and provided instant payouts and was very honest.He believed hackers,fraud buyers were the causes for shutting this ptc down.And now he is selling this solarbux for jst 300-400$ bucks and people are offering ridiculous fees like 200-250$ for such a great site,He must have spent more than 100$ for script,forum,domain name,hosting etc and I personally suggested him to give it one more shot,he has already lost 5000$ in solarbux and has nothing to lose now so he begged him not to sell the site for so cheap as solarbux is a very reputable name itself and if it can be properly nurturd it has potential to become as big as neobux,ptcbox,,,,,So do u have any suggestions to how the admin should run this site again i.e. solarbux,plz if u loved solarbux send me your suggestions and i will personally suggest those to the admin of solarbux. BTW,i was the former moderator of aolrbux!!!
