Tell you this. I lost 2 kilos or 4.4 pounds in two weeks without dieting. What I did was walk my dog every afternoon for 30 minutes to 1 hour EVERYDAY. I discovered that what is important is to do it religiously everyday even if for a short period of time only. I am so happy with my weight loss. My menstrual period also is normalized and my skin looks better.

Wow. I hope I can do the same thing. I really want to loss wait but unfortunately, I have no time doing some exercise. I work full time for 8 hours a day, and often i do overtime works. So i can get home at around 2 in the morning. And then i need to wake up at 4:30 in the morning to prepare. Then I will go to work at 5:30 in the morning and it will take 2.5 hours for my travel time.. That's why my body had bloated allot since i have no more time for exercise.

No I am in IT. I work here in Makati but I live in Cavite. that is why my schedule is so hectic.. If ever I find times to do some exercise, I will definitely try to do it. Hope my schedule could go well in the next months.

Oh well. My friend tried her luck in an IT job. She was earning pretty well but she quit because it was to exhausting for her.

Oh that's very exhausting on your part. Plus some people gain more weight if they lack sleep. What kind of job do you do? Are you a nurse?

Hello friend! Well if only I could donate some of my unwanted pounds on you then we'd both be happy.
Indeed exercise has been a great help. I feel more inspired.

Yup me too. I never expected that those enjoyable short walks would shed off those 2 kilos. I am hoping for more progress.

Well I guess you'd need a "kitty friendly dog". You can't take your kitty for a walk they don't do well with leash I guess.

The simple logic to lose weight is the burn the calories what you consume. Dieting is not necessary. Simple short time exercise few time a day is enough. And you can see the difference.

When I was in college I had put on 4 kg weight. This was due to over eating. I would eat at home, take lunch box to college and then go to canteen with friends. After second year of graduation, during summer vacations, I began morning and evening walk. This helped me reduce my extra weight in a month's time. Then I continued my walking regime and lost almost 10 more kgs. I must say walking is a very good exercise and the best thing is it doesn't appear to be like exercise at all.

Yes it doesn't appear as an exercise specially if you have a fun dog with you. It feels more like a play time. :)

Yes indeed. Maintaining the spirit is the hardest part specially as we tend to turn lax when we already see a result and we revert back to old ways.
