My friend,I have learn my English skills in school only.My teacher before taught us in the most strict ways,that is why I really thanks my former teacher for doing a good job for us. This is the way she taught us.When you are learning the language help yourself by reading an English newspaper,or anything with English words in it.When you are encountering some hard English words,try to consult by reading a dictionary.By this style you could develop and know more terms that the next time you encounter those terms you could understand its message and therefore could understand the story as a whole.Now,if you have guts already try to talk to persons who are fun of talking only English,or find a foreigner so that you could talk to him.When you try to observed in your conversations,that in less than 5 minutes talking to the person your English would be fluent,without saying an A or O.I beat you have done it. I do not which country you belong to? Why don't you consult an English grammar which is followed in your country for learning of English. You may also follow 'Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary' of Current English. I think it would be ideal for a beginner to learn English.
