How do you handle when you see people with lesser skills go ahead of you?
I have seen lot of politics and cleverness of people. But I learned in my childhood that honesty is the best policy but it seems obsolete in real life scenario. I see people with lesser skill and who are good to make others fool are better and going ahead of you, no matter how much hard work you do in your professional life.

I have seen many of my friends who have much lesser skills that me achieving great things in life whereas I am still behind them.As I have observed,they have much better communication skills and they can befriend others easily,a skill that I don't have.I have been trying my best to develop this skill in me.This is all I can do.I know the art of making friends and socializing helps you to surpass others.

I sometimes feel very bad when people with lesser skills go ahead of me. But soon I start thinking that there must be something missing in me because of which I could not move ahead just like the other person.
I personally feel that it is not only the skill that matters in the life. Many times the application of the skills you have is more important. Moreover, the use of right skill at right time is also very important thing. If I have some skill and if I do not use it at right time, then it is quite likely that I will not do the progress which others can do becuase they are trying their best and they are using their skill at right time.
