I think this is the important games and important winning for Spurs..
They win in MU home, Old traford 3-2..It is the record for Spurs..
Jan Vertonghen lead his team when he shoot the ball and deflect because hit John evans body and make Lindergaad can`t do anything for stopping the ball..
Spurs lead 1-0 against MU
Moussa Dembele assist meet Gareth Bale..Bale beat run of Rio Ferdinan and shoot the ball, once again Lindergaad can`t stop it..Spurs lead 2-0 against MU..the fans is speechless..how come their club is lost in front of their eyes, in old traford..
MU play very poorly in the first half..
But MU change strategy in second half..Nani makes the score become 1-2 after finishing Rooney assist..Brad Friedel can`t block it..
But Clint depmsey gives quickly reaction..He shoot the rebound ball from Bale..MU 1- Spurs 3..
Kagawa makes the consolations goals (minute 61) when he finish assist of Robin Van Persie..MU 2- Spurs 3..Rooney have a chance for drawing the game by his free kick but it still hit the bar..There are chance a penalty when there a handball from Sandro but the referee didn`t give the penalty for MU..Brad Friedel show that he deserved for the number one in Spurs..the effort of RVP, Rooney, Nani and Scholes is useless in his hand..He makes AVB feel safe...
With this result, MU still is in 3rd position from 12 points..and Spurs is in 5th position with 11 points..
it`s really good game for spurs..
I agree with the compliment of AVB to his player "We are awesome tonight..and the player deserve get the compliment for their working hard"..
AVB break the curse when MU is always difficult opponent for Spurs..Spurs beat MU in old trafold in December 1989..So it`s normally why the fans of Spurs really happy last night with this winning..
DO YOU THink spurs become a great contender for tittle EPl this season??

Manchester United should have won it or at the very least, drew the match but they just could not score another goal with such overwhelming possession in the second half. I was disappointed with Kagawa as he did not provide more forward passes to Van Persi, instead of his increasingly trademarked square passing and back passes. He is supposed to be the shadow striker but he always played too deep. The goal he scored, though, is a gem and he should be in such position more often. Rooney played well but was unlucky not to score his free kick. Rooney should play more together with Van Persi to strike a better understanding.
It is a set back for our marches to the crown but it is still a long road.

Manchester United had not been playing well although they won their last five matches before the Hotspur game. The passing was awful and possession of the ball was lost quite easily. I think it is the midfield and the defense that are not doing 100%. The injuries of the defenders are not helping but that is not a good excuse. I would prefer Cleverly and Anderson in midfield rather than Carrick and Scholes. Hopefully the play would be better in the coming midweek ECL game.

If any person was happy that Manchester United lost, the person was me. It was much interesting that they lost on their own pitch! I'm neither a fan of either of the teams. However, the defeat of Man U in their backyard will give aid more opponents of the red devils to be more focused, composed and more determined to frustrate them. I feel that the battle for the premiership crown for this year will be keenly contested and one or two of the "favorites" may not even get near the trophy. Up Spurs!

It was a match of two halves if ever there was. In the first half, Man United was poor and disjointed and Tottenham really cashed in by scoring the two goals from Jan Vertonghen and a fantastic second by Bale. It was clear for all to see why Rio is not picked for the England job when Bale gave him the run in for the second goal. But once Sir Alex brought in Rooney in the second half, the match simply changed. Suddenly Man United was all over Tottenham and the pressure started showing on Tottenham and they conceded with Nani pulling one back. But even before the Man U fans could sit back on their seats another defensive mistake and Tottenham increased their lead to 2 via a goal from Dempsey. Man United pulled one more back through Kagawa immediately on the restart. But after that though Man United completely hammered the Spurs they could not get the goal hitting the post once and the cross bar once to end up on the losing side.
This is the first time since 1989 that Tottenham have beaten Man United in the premier league. So one of the most one-sided competition in the premier league has a minor correction.
Cheers!

After so many tries, finally Spurs got their first victory at Old Trafford since 1989 or even any victories over the Red Devils. There was that goal-which-was-never-given incident and who can forget that Spurs managed to race to a 3-0 only to let Man Utd score 5 in the span of 22 minutes. Six games into the season and two defeats suffered. This does not look like a title challenger. But Man Utd is famous for its slow start and surging run towards the end of the season. So, do not discount them just yet.

it`s the best gift for the manager..The player know that if they play very poor, the manager maybe will be sacked..
iam surprised that slow but sure, Moussa dembele and Clint dempsey can take the role of VDV and Luca Modric..The fans slow but sure can forget how so influential of Modric and VDV for Spurs..
But Spurs is lucky..They are helped by the poor performance of MU..i don`t know why MU really play very poorly
there are assumptions that the lost of Vidic gives bad impact for MU especially for the quality of defender..Rio Ferdinand can`t close that shortcomings..

I haven't seen the game, but I think the work of AVB starts to be visible. I don't know what happened at Chelsea, but I still consider him the best coach from the young generation of coaches and I think Tottenham will have a great season under him.

No, Chelsea is not a special team, when we talk about footballing qualities, but they are very "ugly" and win the games either with luck or with mercantile style. They have a good defense and that is what helps them winning the games. MU is not the same anymore, I think, but they can always make great games. And Tottenham has a great coach, and this starts to show off.
