i lost money from neobux

today when i tried to login to my neobux account i was really stunned because the username is wrong. but i am sure that the user name which i gave is absolutly right. but what happend with my account? what about my money which i earned?

I think you are typing a wrong username, Have you checked your keyboard? Since your account is not suspended, than you are still able to access it don't worry about it.

i am sure the username i am entering is abolutly correct..no keyboard problem... its a new laptop.

Try and log in with using different browser , you can clear you cache and delete cookies before log in. After doing all this if you still can't log in first check the username is correct, search the posts made by you at the forum. I don't know weather they send a welcome mail or not because I am member since 2009, if you have that confirmation mail you can see your username and you can use that mail at neobux support.
