hello everyone...
I was thinking to assemble a pc with Intel motherboard DH61BE and with i-3 processor 13-2120.... I mostly use my pc for web browsing and a little for playing some games so what I wanted to know was that should I buy a graphic card for it or not??? If possible then suggest some for me...

Hi.. i think you should not replace your graphic card if your activities is just browsing. but, if you need to play a big game like grand tourismo, black ops, warcraft, general, etc. If you need it, you can try nvidia g force. Lets gaming..

The i-3 processor comes with intel hd graphics which should be enough to watch videos and light gaming. If you however want to play newer games then I would recommend that you buy a graphics card. You should check out the AMD hd series cards.

Hi,
The Intel DH61BE mainboard has a built-in VGA that can reach up to 512MB of video RAM. It is enough for most online and gaming purposes which requires an average of 256MB VRAM. Make sure you install the driver for it after installing the operating system, it is on the support disk that comes with it.
You may install a third party graphic card on its PCI-Express (be careful, its not AGP anymore) expansion slot with a higher VRAM, say 1GB and things would go faster with more than 8GB of physical RAM, that is if you can spare around USD50 for it.

It would depend on what kind of games. Without knowing that we can't possibly help you decide. For example I just finished a round of Battlefield 3, you couldn't play that on the onboard graphics you currently have. However you could play some 'lower end' games.
You wouldn't need to go overboard if its just an occasional game. Something from a ATI HD6670 and up. I say from the HD6670 because its a low/mid gaming card without costing an arm and a leg. Plus the fact it seems to be a pretty reliable card. Atleast 2GB ram I would say these days too (guessing you would run Windows Vista - 7 that is) and so on. The onboard HD Intel graphics chipsets seem to have issues with even Hidden Object games so that would be something to even think about, will the Intel HD onboard be issues with other things you'd do.
Goodluck

I think if you seldom use for games and those and high resolution games I suggest not to change the graphic card because graphic cards usually use in some high resolution games..
Happy mylotting!

Yes, if you are a gamer, then i suggest buy a much higher graphic card for your computer. A graphic card with a higher memory 1Gb or higher than this is recommended. The higher the graphics memory the better performance especially on games that has uses multiple colors and flashes..etc..
