An Unlikely Dictator

I have a niece who acts like a dictator in the house. She is still 5 y.o and wants everything according to her will. She was raised in a manner that all of her desires were granted for they are pretty wealthy too. She would really shout at you if you try to tease or correct her wrong doings. Furthermore, she doesn't care on who she is shouting on whether it is her grandparents, uncle, aunties, maids and even her mother, the only exception is her father. It really bothers me seeing her like that because I am pretty sure of what attitude she will end up upon reaching teenage life. What's worse is that, I cannot do something to correct her for I get scolded by her every time I do, and I am pretty afraid of my cousin too if ever my niece would cry because of me.
Do you have a niece or relative that acts like this?

It is such a shame to see things like this. There are children in my family and around my family, friends, etc. who act like this. Maybe you could talk with you cousin to see if he/she feels like it would help if someone tried to teach the child not to yell at people. Even if the yelling could stop you might be able to have some peace and maybe teach her better how to act in a more friendly environment. The problem seems to be that everyone is afraid of her even though she is a child and should be the one who is reverent of her elders!
