can you judge how big your child will be when he or she grows up

my son is 1 and he is all ready 29 lbs and 32 inches tall he wears a 24 months and a size 5 in shoes the docter says he is constistent with his size from birth he was 7.4 lbs and 18 1/4 inches at birth and he was 3 weeks early is he going to be really big when he grows up ?
