Hi Friends, Lately, I'm planning to change my job but the problem is I don't have an updated resume and I know this shouldn't be an excuse if I'm really concerned in this regard but still I would say, I need some help in creating a better resume, please suggest me some tips on improving my resume.. I also have a question, do you really think a good resume format helps in getting better job opportunity? Thanks in Advance !!!
