Have you heard the news? An aspiring senator, Danilo Magtira of Tondo, listed his profession as a "Talentadong Pinoy" and his civil status as married. His supposed spouse: A certain Kris Aquino. Lol...We were laughing upon hearing the interview on him... Really, such people have no fear of filing their certificates of candidacy...just imagine, people like him of no political affiliations and which means that he doesn't have funds to fund his candidacy have guts of running in the Senatorial race...are they not crazy? Although, they deserve respect and that they should be treated fairly according to COMELEC, but still in the long run, their candidacy will be rejected and that they will be marked as a nuisance candidates.

Yes they are crazy. I think they have freedom to pass COC but it seems that they are not qualified and one person is claiming that our country is his. haha

They might be crazy but they are also humorous . At least,we get comic relief then true grief when the election is in full swing.

there are really quite a lot of nuisance candidates around! :D hehe oh you bet their ideas are quite a lot and hard to fathom already such as this. i remember there was this guy who even applied before and filed candidacy as president and said he'd even pay off our debts! but hey he was in debt himself.

He must be a nut thinking that people will take him seriously having a Kris Aquino as his wife. well, they got what came for and that is a few hours or minutes of fame. hard to believe that comelec would actually get used to people who files for candidacy and then get marked as a nuiscance candidate.

Oh is that so. Ever since the start of filing of the Certificate of Candidacy, it seems that politics have began their circus acts. Mud slinging was already subtly done to their opponents. And now those kind of candidates. They indeed are seemingly crazy, crazy to be one of those in positions.

Okay, you just caught my attention aabuda. When I've seen the title, I just can't let it pass without opening your post. Nice one! Busy days for the COMELEC again, good luck to them. I have lots of friends there. Sometimes, people like this also help us by making us happy from time to time. We are all so serious. Have a nice day!

Well, according to our Constitution, Article 2 Section 26, the state shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law. Personally, as long as the candidate can read and write, is a Filipino citizen, has good intentions for the people, he's fit to run for public office.

Well it is stated in the constitution that all Filipino with the right qualifications have the right to run for public office. That is why these people is just exercising their rights as well. But the thing is they consume time and effort of Comelec people who will declare them as nuisance candidates later on. You cannot stop them from filing until after the Comelec would declare them as nuisance candidates.
