well not to worry about anything and to be relaxed in a calm state of mind all the time for sure

Happiness is a choice actually. There is nothing in this world that can make you happy unless you choose to be happy. How to get a relaxed and peaceful mind cannot be achieved unless you start doing it right now. Even if you are in the midst of all the noise if you choose to be happy and calm you can because that is your choice.

It is impossible to feel happy constantly. I assume you mean: satisfied and feel good. Make time for yourself, take some pauses, rests and think over what you want and expect for/from yourself. How can you improve your life? Teach yourself to relax and count your blessings every day. If you wake up tell yourself this will be the best day of your life (each day again) and you will do everything to make yourself happy.

Find out what it is that is making you unhappy and change it. Look for the good things in life rather than the bad things. Too often do we look at the bad things and take for granted all the good things no matter how small they may be. Find the good things in your life and you will find happiness.

well me neither but i struggle making things that help me relax.i can recommend that walking in the forest or parks,reading motivational books like dalai lama the art of hapiness and listen good and realixing chill out music can help you feel better.Plus the contact with animals is very nice and help to get stress out!

My mother is not happy like you.When she is not happy,she dosen't want to do anything because she dosen't have any hobbies.
When I am not happy,I'll watch animes,draw some picture play the piano or read newspaper and books.They really help a lot.
I wonder why you're unhappy,there would be different ways to deal with your problems.

say to yourself first that all is well... then sit or lie dawn on your comfort and close your eyes. deep breath... county form 10-1 and affirm what really makes you happy, imagine that and repeat as much as you want.. till you become fresh...
