Have ever wondered how will it feels like when we are dead?

I've been wondering if it will be like when we pass out. I passed out ones and I didn't feel anything, it was like I was shut down and I don't remmember what had happened exactly. My parents said I bump my head on the table when I fell but I didn't even feel a single pain. When I woke I was in my father's arms because he was carrying me to my bedroom with my niece and mother behind him and I only noticed the bruise on my face afterwards. Do you think if we die we will just shut down like a robot that run out of charge or battery?

I dread thinking about it. It makes me cry. But I remember when I was stung by a bee and had an anaphylactic shock, I felt losing consciousness and was so afraid of totally losing it. Glad I made it to the hospital in time.

Hi,:)
That must be a horrible experience, I remmember when I was rushed to the hospital because of food poisoning but I don't remmember the fear maybe because I was too busy vommiting in the car and when I reached the hospital the pain in my head and stomach was already gone, I'm such a sucker at scaring my parents, I know :P :P .
I hope I didn't upset you for making you remmember that incident by posting this discussion. Have a great day.

It's okay. It's all in the past. I guess a lot of people would feel the same if they were in the same situation as I did. But honestly, when I was slowly getting unconscious, and I though that I was going to die, I just thought of my kids and if truly it was my time to go, even though how strong willed I was to stay alive, it was beyond my control. I leave it all to God.

Exactly, whatever happens to us is beyond our control and only God knows. It must be the knowledge of the danger you are in, losing your consciousness that made you feel really scared. I think I will also feel the same if I was in your situation.

As I passed out I did not really feel it.. I felt the moment (at a certain point) people tried to get me back. It was very annoying and I just wanted them to leave me alone, in peace, to sleep. It's years ago and I still remember/feel that moment.
I believe that the spirit is living forever. We just dump the useless body and go on. May rest first so we get rid of the (bad) life experiences of this life incl. the pain of our last used body. After that it's up to us what we will do next. I don't think we just shut down like a broken robot. There will be plenty of thoughts, memories of the life we had and even former lives might be possible we (suddenly) will remember in a flash/few minutes.

Yes I do often wonder how it will feel when we have passed. I use to pass out a lot when I was younger. One instance alls I could remember was falling head first on to the floor then waking up in my moms arms on the couch. My sister was sitting beside her crying her eyes out while they tried to shove orange juice down my throat LOL! In between those two moments though, I dont remember experiencing anything phanominal, in a sense. Just pure blackness. Some have said they catch theirselves in a dream or a differnt realm?! and when they come to, the stories they tell me are out of this world. Its really hard to say though what will come of us when we do pass, and what we will experience. Its deff a realistic question that is intriguing.

Hi :),
In my experience I didn't fell into any dream or what so ever. It was totally blank and I must agree with you that it's really intriguing, about other people's experience of having dreams but I can't help thinking if they really passed out of conciousness or they had just fallen asleep.
Happy mylotting :).
