Do You Use Yelp?

Yelp is a website that lets you review businesses and doctors. I've been using it for a little over a year now and have written a handful of reviews for restaurants I've eaten at and a few doctors (a dermatologist and oral surgeon). I think it's a good site to use if you're looking to see if a business is worth going to or a doctor is worth using somewhere, especially if you're new to the area. So far, I've only given two places a permanent "less than three star" rating. Has anyone else here had any experiences with the site as well?
