india deserves semi spot despite their net run rate

in terms of performance india played as a team and went down with a fight and definitely a better team than aussie and srilankan's .may be that is why australia wanted pakistan in semis and let down india.but india must be appreciated for this valor and great commitment in this tournament for sure

India has won the match but not qualified based on run rate. it is fine. when we do not deserve taking paremeters into account we have to take the placed allotted for us. :Let indian players go and practice well. they want money, money and only money,

@ Raja : if thats the care then dont forget that aussies have also 4 points along with india and pakistan,if you are saying that pakistan are beatan by india,than pakistan had also beaten aussies,aussies had beat india.now tell me how head to head case applies here??

@Raja India defeated Pakistan. South Africa defeated India. Australia defeated south Africa and India. Pakistan Defeated South Africa and Australia. If we agree with your theory, then Pakistan is at the top in the group.

rules and regulations have been framed. all the team have accepted it. if only we have won sufficient number of matches then this problem will not arise. In a horse race if horses reach at different seconds then there is no problem. But when two horses reach the victory sport within the same second photo finish is to be taken and that is what is attempted here. i am not happy. but what is the way. let us look for the next tournament.

Indian team did play well and have been very unlucky to miss out on the semis. So they can go out of the tournament with their heads held high. Now I will be supporting the team with next highest expats from India, the West Indies. Let's hope they can smash the Aussies and avenge us!! Cheers! Ram
