How can I be very confident?

first confidence is a good thing, if people want to get success, they must be confidence. what you should to do is to improve your confidence, first, don't be afraid of failure, when you did something wrong, just think why and tell yourself you will be better next time. and second, don't look down upon yourself, no matter who work with you, you just need to tell yourself that you are as same good as them, you will get confidence. third, when you do something, don't worry about it and don't think what you should do if you do something wrong, just believe you will get success ! good luck!

If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? When we are young we tend to have these issues. Time and experience changes that. When I was younger I was thinking the same about me, but recently I have even applied for manager jobs. I wouldnt't have doen that 10 years ago.

If you were an active person who always find a friend wherever you go,confidence was built in your ways how to deal with people.The styles and ways can also be shown when you are having an interview,so that the interviewer could know you are indeed very determined to the be hired for the said position you are applying.You must always have that positive imaginations and goals,so that it would make you appear fresh and really motivated to be hired upon finishing the interview.You must also have a fighting spirit and the will to achieve your goals,so that other applicants could not make you discourage they are also competing to have that position,so make yourself look vibrant full of high spirit and lots of confidence.I know you can be hired,so make yourself motivated and be a fighter,and think of yourself to have all that qualifications to win that position,that you have the guts to be hired.
