Hi mylot friend,
I Know little about currencies in my college days itself, because I am having pen friends in those days so I have some knowledge about currencies. I have posted 3 or 4 discussions in mylot about Forex Trading but the response is very very poor, it is also an art to trade in forex there are lot of things to learn in forex, do you know the basics of Forex. Till today I too does not know the basics of Forex, but today I came to know about basics of Forex one by one
1. What is Forex?
2. Why trade Forex?
3. Who Trades Forex?
4. When can you trade Forex?
5. How do you trade Forex?
The above are the lessons for Pre-school students there are lot of lessons to became a graduate. How far you are interest to learn basics in Forex trading and after successful completion of all these lessons/courses. Any one work as Forex Expert or earn money in Forex trading, all the best

Hi sreedhar, Forex trading is a very risky trade and it is even more difficult than stock market.I have been a member of a trading company since a year and just about beginning to understand it but I can tell you that it really is very very risky and although you make money , you lose it as easily since the currency market fluctuates even more than stock market...I have taken 4 weeks of training and also done demo trades without currency before starting actual trading, but with all that one can never predict market mood...

I have heard about Forex trading before, but aren't there any big risks involve when doing it online? For example, how do you deal with internet problems or disconnections when it's the right moment to buy or sell currencies? How about sudden power failures? I guess using a laptop whose battery is charged would be the option here, is that correct?

Thanks for the response, thanks for the suggestion you are always my well-wisher, if we cannot take risk how can we earn money. Now I have to earn money, when I could not make money online since 5 years. Now I wish to earn money in Forex trading donot worry after my both sons marriage, means from Next year I am free from burdens. But one thing madam if loss is written in our fate no body can save us if luck is written in our fate, nothing will stop have a nice day.

I understand how you feel sreedhar and I do agree that sometimes we need to take risks , however it is better to take calculated risks instead of regretting later..

I really dont understand forex. But I have several friends who say they make good money with it. Im not a gambler, so Im afraid to try it. or even the stock market.

Thanks for the response, Forex trading is also just like gambling but it is legalised Gambling most of the countries,banks,financial institutions and persons are involved in this trade. Just like stocks and shares this also trading of foreign currencies, you may gain or loss, according to your fate and luck only. Have a nice day.

I know about foreign exchange because i worked as bank manager --i studied it as a subject in CAIIB exam. I practised forex in bank branch on a small scale. I do teach now forex whenever required.
But in mylot you will have a few takers because many are not exposed to it. for dealing in forex you need a lot of money and that is not with us.
however i appreciate your interest.

Thanks for the response, as a bank manager you have lot of experience and knowledge in Forex. Most of the banks in Chennai having links with Foreign exchange transactions, you have that knowledge also and as a manager you must thorough in trading also. So it is better to take lessons from you is easy, but you were in US when you came to Chennai one more friend of me in the same site will wish to meet you. Have a nice day.

How much money do you have to have to start using Forex? I am really interested in getting started in the stock market business. I want to be very sucessful. I do not have a lot of money to get started. I only have a little money to get started but I want to be sucessful with the little money that I do have to get started with this business. Please help? How much money are you making and how much money have you lost? Is it risky?

Hi yugasini! In as much as I wanted to make a response to every discussion that my friend started, there are just time that I really can't relate to the topic. About Forex, I am starting to learn how this is being done. Of course, I just can't let it happen that I always don't know about a thing. I downloaded an article that explains the basic things about forex. I have to learn so many things about it. Wow! There are lots of terminologies that I just discover from it. Pips, lots, margins, leverage and a lot more. Perhaps I have to devote more time on it so I might understand it better.

Since two or three years I am interested in Forex trading, but I do not know the right person to tell me about Forex trading. Forex is like gambling. I know him quite well. I know of many mathematical functions (Keltner channel, Bullinger bands, MACD...). I still have not found a positive option for earn. Because when someone will earn, someone will lose. Forex can be a very dangerous game with money. Because it gives you an automatic credit, which can easily make your lose. For forex trading you should really learn a lot.

Thanks for the response, first we have to learn about forex trade. Here we have to follow some rules then only we will be benefited if not we will be the looser. We have to link with a authorised broker and online trading will be with your office computer or home computer not with the netcafe computer, have a nice day.
