Fun runs have become so popular nowadays. Its one good way to stay fit because its very enjoyable. Plus it can also be of help to many organizations. Its undeniable that this activity is now a major project by many organizations. May it be for charity or fir many other important causes. This one i joined as shown on my photo was a fun run organized by the divine mercy parish here in our city. The proceeds will be used for completing the construction of our church so this fun run wasnt just fun, but it was also very meaningful for me.. How about you? Have you been joining fun runs??

I have started getting fit recently, and I am managing to do it in a fun way. There are a lot of things like video games that you can buy which allow you to get a lot more active than you've been in the past. I use mine every day and it burns quite a lot of calories. I also find that setting myself goals such as when I am out running is very helpful because it helps for me to push myself a little further than I normally do. The best thing is to get into a routine so that you eventually don't even have to think about it.

Yeah, it has become quite a bit of a rave in our country. I hope it would continue for a long time. These runs are not only healthy for the runners, but they are indeed great vehicles to raise funds for worthy projects as well as promote awareness on relevant issues. But what I like most about these runs is the bonding it creates within families and friends. I myself had just participated recently in a short fun run (3K run) with my son and wife, and we really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was very festive.

I joined a fun run once and that was when my nephew's school held one. It was for elementary students. My 8-year-old nephew and I joined the 10k run. It was really a lot of fun especially when I'm running with a bunch of 7 and 8-year-olds with their parents and some family members. I think this activity is a hit because of its benefits physically, socially, and to society as a whole.
