I am pregnant with my 4th child, and this pregnancy seems to be the worst when it comes to morning sickness. When I wake up in the morning I feel like I'm starving to death...but at the same time I'm nauseous so it's about impossible for me to try to eat anything. This feeling lasts just about all day long and I don't know what to do to feel better. Any suggestions?

If it comes to this I can't help you I am afraid. All those tips people gave me never worked for me. Also... I was not sick only in the morning but whole day on. Which makes it even harder. The only thing you can do is try not to think, make yourself feel as comfortable as possible. I tried to eat different things to get that terrible taste out of my mouth, also had to vomit (which I don't like and tried not to). I hope this will only be in the morning and over at a certain point. Try to kill the time or sleep a bit more/have little naps. The reason is your body is trying to fight the strange body inside (yes weird enough this is your child I still wonder how come since this is called to be nature). I keep my fingers crossed for you.

Both of my pregnancies were like this too, morning sickness and nauseous lasted all day long... I would chew gums or kept a dried sweet plum(the little ones) in my mouth, it made me feel better or even a small piece of ginger would help too. It didn't go away until 3 or 4 months... it was awful. Alos, I would lie down as soon as I feel sick, it helps it from getting worse. I hope your sickness will go away soon!
