I recently became a BeachBody coach so I get all of the emails about the sales and sucha hey offer. The newest DVD series my Les Mills "Combat" is currently on Pre-order so BeachBody is running a deal. I have never used his workout before. Are they worth the investment?

Heya!
I havent been to any of their classes and Im not even sure if there are any available in my area.
Anyway, I only have a 20-minute workout DVD with the theme "BodyBalance" and I absolutely love it. I got the DVD for free when I bought a Fitnesse cereal box. I think it was their way to promote the workout programs when they first launched in this country. There were 3 themes "BodyBalance", "BodyJam", and "Bodyvive"(I think). I tried to come back to the grocery store and purchase the cereal boxes with the other DVD's but they already were out of stock.
The "BodyBalance" DVD was fun, interesting, and quite relaxing since it is more into yoga poses. But that 20-minute workout gave a burn on the muscles that I actually lost weight doing the exercise 3 times a week for a month. Now, I want more of those. I wanna try their other workouts but there I cant find any great instructional videos online. Purchasing DVD's would be quite costly since it would be international shipping. I am keeping my eyes peeled in stores in case I happen to chance at least 1 full DVD of Les Mills.
Well, that's my two cents worth as a consumer of this workout program.
Hope someone more qualified to view the "investment" part would be able to read your post and respond.
Goodluck!^_^
