Teenagers and Underage driving..

Hey guys, one can find school children riding bikes and four wheelers in our city. This is so much annoying to watch and u wont believe that the way they drive on the streets will literally blow away your head. There is nothing called a driving sense in their mind and they hardly care about the traffic rules and the other vehicles moving around on the streets.
I do not understand even the police and traffic personnels are not doing anything to check this thing. several accidents are being caused because of their reckless driving and i do not understand whom to blame for this. The teenagers, parents or any one else.
What do u think should be done to check this thing? Any views from your end?

I agree too. This is a dangerous situation, for both the drivers and other people on the road. There is a reason why a age restriction is implemented on driving tests, and it is definitely due to safety reasons. That is why no one should challenge this for better good of everyone. Its hard to stop those immature teens from commiting this foolishness but the adults should enforce stronger laws.

hey thanks a ton for your response. Well yes, it is very much a dangerous thing to leave these immature kids on the streets who can otherwise cause havoc and disastrous things if not taken care of. I do not understand what is so much exciting to drive a four wheeler for them. They should rather concentrate on their studies and their personal lives and rather than putting others lives in danger.
