can somebody help me out of this, my computer has a Bluetooth install on it and when i search for device it will not be visible, even when people search for my system they can't found it, have tried to reboot but still not working.

That's weird. Bluetooth works REALLY well for me. Do you have A iMac or windows? What version (windows 7,windows 8,Etc.)?
