network problem

my laptop is a new model compact, any time i tried to access internet on it, it not working, anytime i tried to access internet on Mozilla Firefox it says my sock block, even when i tried to download Mozilla 3.0, it always says my administrator is not support. can somebody help me out of this.

Oh that is really a big problem. I think that there must be a problem with your laptop's hardware. Try to check it. You may also want to used other ISP or try it connecting with a USB broadband stick. If you can access the Internet using a USB broadband maybe your ISP is having a problem. If you can't still access the Internet using both USB broadband or the ISP it has something to do with your laptop. Try to contact your local service provider.

I agree. Some problems about networking to the internet may be caused ISP and manual setting on your computer or your browser. You can try to build network configuration to choose and set your need. Also, you may need to check your manual setting like proxy.
