hi Bhebelen your husband is a smart and wise man. Our husbands can be so much more than just mates. when I and my husband married I was shy and withdrawn and a pessimist and I really did not like myself at all. bu t he taught me this sort of a mantra: you are Patsie you are somebody you are unique. He would say yell it out loud mean it and I did. then this part. I am Patsie and I like myself. I am unique nobody else like me. I love myself just as Christ told us we must love ourselves so we know how to love our fellow man. I know I sounded silly shouting out these mantras. but soon I was more outgoing, more self assured, I started to like myself and love myself and be more loving to other people. also I had been filled with hatred towards my own father who molested me once as a child of 8. he told me to go to my father andtell him I forgive him for what he did, ask him why b ut fo r gie him.,so I did and while he re fused to answer my question why I left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders. hatred only hurts the hater nobody else
