if we need to remind them. we can just tell it to a person nicely and low voice and good manner. It's not allowed to seat inside the pharmacy area if you are not going to buy anything . I went to buy medicines inside the pharmacy of the hospital. some people who takes care of their sick relative just wanted to go out of the hospital room to relax outside their hospital room and go inside the pharmacy areas where the customers usually wait for their turn. The lady guard just shouted to the man who is sitting inside the waiting area of the pharmacy as he does not have a number in queue. As if she was like trying drive him away when she can just that there's rule not allowing people just or use the place to relax.

for me its still so nice when we talk to other people with low voice only,i really hate when someone talk in shouting manner, its disgusting and annoying to me,and my first impression would be uneducated personality they have,so thankful because no one in my family member shout when they speak or talk to other people or even to us.

Sometimes, instead of making a good conversation, shouting can mitigate to arguments. And in fact shouting can lead to throat problems for the one who is commonly shouting.

What this lady guard did was wrong. Like you said, she should have inform the man politely. She actually humiliated the man in front of so many. I hope that this man is not having a really hard time at that moment. What was his reaction?
