No surgeries. Just cute! I was searching at the internet about real life barbies. When I found Ira Brown. A real life baby barbie. She's so cute that no one will be able to resist. She's a model right now with her parent's guide. I had a post recently about real life barbies. But I never thought that there's a baby version. But I like it coz it looks normal and she's just really cute.

I know. But upon researching, I'm not sure if thats her current age now. I'm confused of other Ira Brown.
